scope:
Purpose. To issue revised administrative policy guidance and procedures for the operation of the vending facility program for the blind within the Navy. This instruction is a complete revision and should be reviewed in its entirety.
Applicability. This instruction is applicable to all Navy activities in the 50 States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam and the Virgin Islands.
