Description of Driving Event:

While performing an area walkdown, a supervisor, noticed what looked like paint chips on the pick board in the forward RCS area. After further investigation it was determined that air flowing from a nearby duct was blowing against a thermal protection system (TPS) blanket causing irreparable damage.
