Description of Driving Event:

During rotation of the L/H OMS pod (LP04) an O2 meter was heard rolling inside the pod. The pod was being raised to a vertical position per V5016. Also a "light thud" was heard during the lift. The lift was stopped but it was determined that it would be difficult to remove the meter while it was in this position. The pod was lifted to the vertical position and then the meter was removed.
