Abstract:

Improperly cleaned items lead to significant challenges in parts, design, contamination, safety, vendor tasks, parallel work, and flight PRs. Include very specific instructions on ECDR (cleaning and decontamination request) and understand how contractor(s) and vendors perform their cleaning process. The System Test of the NODE 2 Oxygen Systems using the 82E00026 Test Support Equipment to verify flow through the Node 2 Low and High pressure lines per OMRSD requirements was successfully performed per TPS SS-NODE2-FLUIDS-T532 but with significant challenges.
