Description of Driving Event:

During laboratory system level testing for a GSFC satellite at a contractor's facility, there was a lack of information exchanged between test shifts. Consequently, test instructions were not accurate or not passed to the proper personnel, information pertaining to problems was incomplete, test delays occurred and personnel were confused about their responsibilities. The lack of information also made it difficult to reconstruct events which occurred prior to and after anomalies.
