Description of Driving Event:
A case dimensional change study performed as part of the 51-L failure analysis effort produced the diameter change results. The potential cause for this phenomenon is believed to be material related in three areas and their direct effect on the hydrostatic proof test pressure level chosen for acceptance testing prior to reuse.
