Description of Driving Event:

The ET vent line may not be secured because the deceleration unit latch mechanism fails to latch. This mechanical malfunction of the latching mechanism, possibly resulting from exposure to exhaust blast from the vehicle could cause the ET vent line to rebound and strike the vehicle.
