Description of Driving Event:

During OMI V9023.F operations, the L/H payload bay door was noticed to have a slight upward bend in it due to excessive force placed on it through the L/H AFT PBD support jack. The aft half of the L/H PBD was raised eight to ten inches higher than the position of the PBD forward segment. An interference problem occurs when trying to insert/remove the "C" frame support hook from the support jack dowel. The interference problem requires the use of more than one technician to force the "C" frame support hook on and off the support jack dowel.
