Description of Driving Event:

An engineer was utilizing a draeger pump to perform toxic vapor checks on A/C motor valves on the 207' level of the rotating service structure. When the engineer attempted to retrieve protective apron from the platform, the draeger pump was pulled from the platform and fell, striking the orbiter's FRCS blanket area and landing on the 193' Level.
