Description of Driving Event:

A new safety focused program was initiated on workforce risk/safety reduction and collateral damage reduction. A technique to accept and prioritize projects/studies proposals was needed for program's success. An analytical hierarchial process (AHP) method was chosen to rank these projects. Team agreement on proposal acceptance criteria and AHP's attributes and weighting factors was needed and obtained to ensure consistency. Expert external consultant was also hired to facilitate/ streamline process and to educate core team.
