Description of Driving Event:
In addition to "normal" tight budgets, schedules and technical requirements, the Project had several constraints and conditions that posed additional challenges including:
1. Small "one person deep" team
2. Multi-institutional team consisting of Government and Industry
3. Multiple sites (test vehicles assembled at Contractors site were transported to Dryden Flight Research Center for operation)
4. Classified security requirements
The Project used these challenges to streamline its processes by tailoring the existing Government and Contractor procedures, polices, and requirements to fit the specific needs of the Project.
