On 10 October 2000, during the STS-92 launch countdown T-3 hour Final Inspection, a 4-inch long and 3/16-inch diameter "T-handle" Quick Release Pin (QRP) and tether were discovered laying between the External Tank (ET) LO2 Feedline and the in-board Feedline Support Bracket.
