This specification shall be applied to ventilation hoses used in all passenger cars by GM DAEWOO Auto & Technology Company(hereinafter referred to as the "GMDAT")
PURPOSE
This specification covers the requirements of elastomeric hoses used as vent pipes on automotive engines. Three grades of hose are covered.
Type A :
For usage in engines operating with conventional gasoline.
Type B :
For usage in engines operating with gasoline containing methanol.
Type C :
FKM material for the inner layer of hose
