Description of Driving Event:

An individual was using a 10 inch long by 3/16th inch T-handled Allen wrench to extract screws. While attempting to remove the screws the Allen wrench broke in half resulting in the individual's hand to come down on the broken sharp end of the Allen wrench shaft puncturing his hand.
