Description of Driving Event:
An employee of NSI Technology Services Corporation (NSI) injured his right hand in a table saw accident. The injury occurred when the employee was modifying conference room chairs. Two fingers were severed and a third was severely damaged. The employee was taken to the hospital for emergency treatment and was released.
