This standard applies to representing in drawings the form, profile, orientation, location and runout tolerances (hereinafter called "geometric tolerance") of the object using symbols.
PURPOSE
This standard aims at communicating the correct information of product dimensions by establishing the standard based on which to correctly and effectively represent geometric tolerances in drawings.
