This standard applies to all electric parts and electronic systems in the vehicle that may function erroneously influenced by electromagnetic wave. (Engine ECM, TCM, ACM, ABS, air bag, etc.)
PURPOSE
This standard aim at specifying the methods of testing immunity of the vehicle electric parts and electronic systems against electromagnetic wave generated from the wireless phone or high output transmission antenna by applying the narrow band electromagnetic wave to the vehicle wiring harness bundle.
