PURPOSE.
This order continues in existence a Regional Facility Review Board to insure maximum utilization of agency resources and minimum expenditures for establishment and continuing maintenance of facilities and systems without derogation of public services. It also updates procedures and guidelines for the preparation and submission of Site Selection Reports.
