Purpose of This Notice. This notice provides information about revised surveillance requirements related to air carrier maintenance providers as well as procedures involving the issuance of a revised operations specification (OpSpec) paragraph D091. This notice also makes issuance of OpSpec paragraph D091 mandatory for all Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) part 119 certificate holders conducting operations under 14 CFR part 121.
