The purpose of this order. To establish a central point of contact for commercial representatives who visit Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) program offices and to establish a procedure for arranging demonstrations of commercial products, equipment, and other marketing activities. This order also outlines the appropriate communication between program office employees and commercial representatives who visit the MMAC. The intent of this order is not to limit the flow of information and communications related to the use of FAA Purchase Cards.
