PURPOSE. This order outlines objectives, responsibilities, procedures, and guidelines for managing the fiscal resources of the Alaskan Region. Chapter 3, Delegations of Authority, has been either deleted due to changes in organizational structures or incorporated elsewhere in the revised order. Chapter 12, Administration of Research, Engineering, and Development funds was deleted as the Alaskan Region rarely deals with these funds.
