scope:
This document specifies requirements and test methods for the assessment of the applicability of materials used for laser welding in dental laboratories. This will ensure appropriate and reproducible bonding of alloys and metals so that all clinical demands are satisfied. Particular concern is given to the suitability of similar metallic dental materials, so that manufacturers can label their dental materials ""suitable for laser welding"".
