Purpose of This Notice. This notice introduces the functions of the Web-based system that Flight Standards Service (AFS) field offices will use to track approved minimum equipment lists (MEL) for certificate holders operating under Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) parts 121, 125, 135, 129, and 91K. It establishes the field office requirement to enter MEL data into the Aircraft Evaluation Group (AEG) System.
