This book will enhance researchers' capacity to design, conduct, and publish scientifically sound qualitative and mixed methods research in aging. With the overall objective of providing a theoretically clear as well as practical approach to methodology, the various authors will examine how to choose methods best suited for a particular research question, strategies for design and analysis, concerns of cultural literacy, issues of validity and credibility, and effective writing for scientific journals.
