scope:
This instruction prescribes the adoption of the "Construction and Materiel Schedule for Military Medical and Dental Facilities" *for distribution and use throughout the Department of Defense by all activities concerned with planning and equipping medical and dental facilities of the Armed Forces. The Schedule will be used in determining budgetary and logistical responsibility in accordance with the Instructions and Notes contained therein.
