scope:
Purpose. To implement the Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps' Flex Hour Program in accordance with references (a) through (f), allowing personnel to select flexible work hours while maintaining or exceeding current productivity and mission accomplishment.
Applicability. The provisions of this instruction apply to all personnel under the cognizance of Commander, Naval Legal Service Command and personnel assigned to the Office of the Judge Advocate General.
