Abstract:

The use of time-cycle intervals (such as a 360-day interval) for equipment maintenance is more applicable to ground support equipment (GSE) components that degrade within a given interval than to Operations Maintenance Requirement Systems Document (OMRSD) File VI maintenance requirements. By tailoring the maintenance interval to the type of maintenance to be performed, maintenance is more efficient and fewer due dates are missed.
