This Technical Services Bulletin (TSB) provides guidance to the Responsible Party (as defined in Federal Communications Commission rules 47 C.F.R. Part 68) who wishes to achieve approval of Telephone Terminal Equipment (TTE) for connection to the U.S. public switched telephone network by the Supplier‟s Declaration of Conformity (SDoC) or Telecommunication Certification Body (TCB) methods.
