Aim
The purpose of this AMedP-20 is to:
- establish a standardised approach to ensure the quality of food processors and suppliers during all field operations (exercise, Article 5 or non-Article 5),
- establish the minimum requirements for food suppliers, based on Good Manufacturing Practices.
- provide a template for audit reports
