FOREWORD
In most oil marketing associations the Education Committee is the newest committee. Surely this is the Committee with the biggest opportunity.
Old members of the association will get their dues money back many times through participate in projects sponsored by the Education Committee. Too, successful educational programs will cause new members to join. Thus, this1s committee causes the associations strength and influence to grow.
The purpose of this handbook is to help the members of the

... that the best operators are glad to share knowledge
.. that petroleum marketers compete with brains
In many associations, Education Committee members are all volunteers. In every instance, the appointing president or board has named the best qualified men to serve as members of the committee. It is hoped that this handbook will help these dedicated men to do an even better job in the future.
