PURPOSE
This paper has been produced to specify SSI data constructs for slots/route releases for use on the CrossRail East/West and other projects. It covers situations where one signaller operates a slot/release to allow route-setting by another signaller.
This paper also provides alternative methods of controlling and indicating the restoration of axle-counters at a control-area boundary to those described in DIS114.
