General

This Agreement regulates your participation in Holiday Buy. Under the terms of this Agreement, You are permitted to buy holiday by submitting a request to do so within any relevant application period. Any such request or requests so submitted will be subject to approval by the Employer.

By purchasing annual leave through Holiday Buy, your salary variation will be calculated on your basic annual salary as at the Commencement Date. The variation will not be affected by any pay increases or decreases which may be awarded from the Commencement Date up to and including the last day of the Holiday Period.

The variation will remain fixed for the duration of the Holiday Period. It is your responsibility to ensure that You manage your holidays in line with the Employer's holiday policy and that You take your full holiday entitlement by the end of the Holiday Period to which this Agreement relates. At the end of the Holiday Period the Employer will not make any payment for any unused holiday entitlement.
