Abstract:

Boeing Specification ML0303-0073 was developed to account for and document necessary changes in installation of temporary payload integration hardware during ground processing of the Space Shuttle. This separate specification allows variation in the installation of such hardware in order to respond to change requests from payload customers in real time. The flexibility offered by this specification reduces delays in installations of payloads and instances of Problem Reports (PRs) and Engineering Orders to Follow (EOTFs).
