This recommended practice covers testing equipment and procedures which are required for manufacturing oil-well cement according to Spec 10A Specification for Oil-well Cements and Cement Additives Also various nonmandatory testing practices are included in Sections 9 thru 17 Tests or procedures required by Spec 10A are identified as "Specification Tests" or "Specification Requirement"
