This Recommendation describes security risks associated with remote mobile financial transactions supported by the next generation network (NGN) application services and the risk mitigation and counter measures based on four security levels. This Recommendation also specifies the minimum requirements for protecting the privacy of an individual's personal data regarding remote mobile financial transactions.
