This security guidance applies to all non-operational TfL staff when working in an office or when working or travelling on the London Underground network

Purpose

This document sets out security guidance for non-operational TfL staff when working or travelling within the operational environment of London Underground. It also reminds non-operational staff of the general vigilance principles associated with working in an office.

Whilst this document focuses on security events, where relevant the advice given can also be applied to other situations such as stalled trains, power failures and other train and station related incidents.
