This digest of State Petroleum Product Inspection Laws is published to assist the petroleum refining and marketing industry in the United States. The digest was compiled under the direction of the Products Inspection Laws Task Force of the Fuels Subcommittee of the API Products Committee.

THE SUMMARY OF PETROLEUM PRODUCT INSPECTION LAWS IS PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATION AND NOT AS A BASIS FOR COMPLIANCE.
