This Notice Board applies to all installed UK Thales Axle counter Evaluators: ACE-2-10-RI, ACE-2-26- RI and ACE-2-42-RI and applies to CPU versions: EP Rev A, EP Rev B and EPCM running software version 6.3.5.

Purpose

This Notice Board has been produced to detail the Axle Counter Evaluator (ACE) reboot procedure and highlight a potential ISDN comunication issue after reboot for the Thales AzLM Axle Counter system. This can occur following a CPU halt, software upgrade, engineering work that may require a temporary power disconnection or other system anomaly.
