Purpose.
To implement regulations authorized by the Secretary of the Navy regarding the Naval Academy curriculum and admissions policy under the provisions of reference (a).
Applicability.
This instruction applies to the Office of the Secretary of the Navy, the Chief of Naval Operations, the Commandant of the Marine Corps, and all U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps installations, commands, activities, and field offices, and all other organizational entities within the Department of the Navy.
