This document applies to:

a) All TfL employees (including both permanent and non-permanent labour) that have access to any non-public TfL computer network.

b) All employees (including both permanent and non-permanent labour) of all organisations within TfL's supply chain that have access to any non-public TfL computer network. 

This guidance applies to all Information and Communications Technology (ICT) equipment that is connected, or will be connected, to TfL's network or any of its ICT systems. This includes, but is not limited to, mobile computing devices, Personal Digital Assistants, mobile phones, USB devices, storage systems and servers.
