This instruction applies to locations supplying the DC traction system; DC Substations (SS), Track Paralleling Huts (TPH) and Switching Locations (Sw).
Purpose
This document specifies the procedure to be followed so that HV & DC distribution assets undergo condition assessments in a correct and consistent manner in accordance with methodology specified. This activity is a requirement from the Office of Rail Regulation for the collection of asset condition data.
