PURPOSE OF THE MANUAL
The intent of this manual is to provide guidance on RMA operating procedures, in order to achieve a standardized approach to the way in which RMAs carry out these functions and the associated detailed duties and responsibilities of Doc 9574. It is not intended to provide exhaustive guidance on how to operate an RMA.
