Purpose of This Notice.
This notice outlines updated Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) surveillance requirements for Flight Standards District Offices (FSDO) to immediately incorporate into their Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 National Work Program Guidelines (NPG) work plans. It also provides guidance for doing the necessary analysis and coordination that either trigger the requirements or help target the required activity.
