The Contract Change Proposal (CCP) provides the data necessary to propose, control, and approve changes to contractual documents that are not part of a technical baseline. CCPs are not used for making changes to specifications, drawings, or other technical baseline documentation. In the event changes to documents affect both a technical baseline document and a non-technical baseline document, all changes shall be included in an Engineering Change Proposal (ECP).

a. This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data product resulting from the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.

b. This DID is used on any type contract where a vehicle for contract and processing of non-technical contract changes is needed.

c. This DID supersedes DI-ADMN-81401B.
