This competence standard applies in all circumstances where any person is required to inspect the Negative Bonding Systems on Network Rail controlled infrastructure.

This module is designed to train persons whose work involves the inspection of the Negative Bonding Systems and equipment, including all negative bonding CRE assets and the use of negative bonding layout diagrams and records
