scope:
Purpose.
This instruction identifies the objectives, organization, and responsibilities of the AOC STAN/EVAL program, and provides administrative procedures. The long-range goal of the AOC STAN/EVAL program is to mirror more robust flying and command and control (C2) weapons system programs that currently exist throughout the USAF. Given current AOC peacetime manning constraints, the AOC STAN/EVAL program will be implemented in two phases. This instruction implements phase one. This phase has two parts leading to completion of mission qualification training (MQT) and being recognized by unit commander (CC) as combat mission ready (CMR).
