Scope and Applicability.
This policy applies to Navy correctional facilities authorized to confine military personnel for periods of 1 year and greater per reference (b).
Purpose.
To implement a re-entry program to assist prisoners in preparing for release from confinement and successful re-entry into the civilian community, while also complying with reference (a) requirements.
