General.
This instruction prescribes basic policy and guidance for training NAS crew members according to AFI 17-202 Volume 1, Cybercrew Training. The overall objective of the NAS training program is to develop and maintain a high state of readiness for the immediate and effective employment of the system across a full range of military options. Mission readiness and effective employment are achieved through the development and mastery of core competencies for NAS crew members.
