Support to the United States Air Force Academy (Academy) Superintendent and Academy oversight are the responsibility of the Secretary of the Air Force and the Chief of Staff of the Air Force. This instruction establishes Secretary of the Air Force and Headquarters Air Force oversight of the Academy to coordinate support for the Superintendent in accomplishing the Academy mission and for monitoring and assessing Academy performance.
