This standard applies to all London Underground's staff and suppliers involved in the introduction, operation, maintenance, modification and disposal of LU's rolling stock specific depot plant and equipment.

Purpose

The purpose of this standard is to define the documentation requirements and processes for the introduction, operation, maintenance, modification and disposal of rolling stock specific depot plant and equipment in London Underground's rolling stock depots.

Note: Depot plant equipment is generically referred to as fixed, portable and transportable plant and equipment, ostensibly remote from the operational railway, provided within London Underground's rolling stock depots for the manufacture, maintenance, repair and cleaning of rolling stock and their component parts.
